Today's topic is how to create positivity triggers in your daily life. Did you know that you can create positivity triggers in your daily life? If not, I'm going to show you how.
And, since this is a podcast about creating positive change, it only makes sense that we start with a question: what are some things that make you feel good? Maybe it's the sound of the ocean, or a certain kind of flower. Maybe it's a memory from your childhood, or the smell of freshly baked bread.
A positivity trigger is something that happens in your day-to-day life that makes you feel good or positive about yourself or someone else. For example, if someone compliments you on something they see in public (like your hair), that would be a positivity trigger.
You can create positivity triggers in your daily life.
These are things that you do every day, and when you do them, you think about something that makes you happy.
For example, when I get up in the morning, I always put on my favorite pajamas—and then I think about how much fun it is to wear them! Or when I'm waiting for the bus, I might look at my phone and think about how great it is that we have smartphones now!
You can also create positivity triggers by doing things that make you feel good. For example, if you like to read books, maybe reading a book will help you feel better when things aren't going well. Or maybe playing a sport makes you feel good, so maybe playing a sport will help too!
The point is: You can create positivity triggers in your daily life so that even when things aren't going well or are stressful, there are still things in your life that make you happy! And who doesn't want more happiness?
