This week, we're looking into The Prodigy. They are the kings of the UK big beat and electro music scene, masterfully blending elements of synth and rock to create a big atmospheric listening experience that transports you out to space. Their use of sampling and how they implement it into their music is also a factor that sets them apart from everyone else. The Prodigy started in a small bedroom and officially formed in Essex in 1990. Their breakout single "Charly" forever transformed rave and dance culture as we know it. The prodigy kid himself, Liam Howlett, produces and mixes all of the Prodigy songs with expertise. We also have dancer and singer Keith Flint, MC and singer Maxim, and dancer Leeroy Thornhill.
