Daft Punk started small in Paris, France. They worked hard through the disco and electro music scene, eventually releasing their critically acclaimed debut album Homework. They turned up the fire on their world wide successful Discovery album. Also, their unusual and unique robot costumes set them apart as one of the most talked about and influential electronic bands that set the bar high. They were unwavering in their need for 100% control in creative expression, whatever that meant to them. Take a deep dive with me around the world as we go through their beginning to their unfortunate disbandment earlier this year.
