What are some ideas and thoughts around the body aka the subconscious mind. What we have learned from Dr. William Reich is their are points of holding in the body. As we release our breaths into these patterns of muscular tension we can begin to remove are armor.
Occipital is the point of consciousness asking your self Do you have a willingness to experience a change?
Shoulders are the area of holding responsibility, what would you like to change in your life?
Deltoids is the area of holding, trying, and or efforting, what holds you back from changing this situation?
Axially is the point of incompletion, imagine the change you desire?
Hips are the area of support or lack of support, whose approval do you desire?
Knees are about moving to your goals, Identify the steps you are willing to take to move forward in changing this situation
Ankles Represent the past and getting stuck, and is there anything from the past that would keep you from the future?
