Matt talks with one of his favourite success story Benny. Benny joined Evolve Fitness during Covid so those first workouts were done virtually but she was hooked after just one. Having lost almost 40 pounds since she started Benny discusses her past Yo-Yo dieting after the birth of her first child, hating when people posted pics of her and the talk with her sister that turned her life in a new, healthy direction.
