The Better Fitness Proof Podcast [powered by Bent On Better], is the podcast where we talk with real people, who are living real lives, dealing with real life challenges, overcoming real life injuries, and making fitness work for them. People walk into the gym for several reasons. For many, it is to lose weight and become stronger physically. For others, working out gives them a sense of relief from life’s daily stressors. Whatever our reasons maybe, we just don’t walk into a gym to complete an exercise and get done with it. The real measure of workout success is when we are able to recall these exercise drills that we become mindful of our movements and apply them in the real world.
