Is that sand in my bed? I thought we were visiting W(h)ales?
Welcome to this week's episode where we chat about all subjects from running club apparel, Covid jabs, and coning (not the medical kind, though). In the much anticipated return of Fake Florida Man, Tim poses three outlandish articles for Caleb to make sense of including a breastfeeding monkey, alligator take aways, and an impatient patient (the medical kind).
The Ramblers continue their story in transitioning from sophomore to junior year with their own unique experiences of summertime sadness and .. more secrets. Tim shares the woes of hotel work, ministry curses (literally), and how even Honey Boo Boo couldn't stop he and a colleague ending on the wrong 'foot', Sparta style. Caleb shares his excursion to the motherland where he lived out his doppelgänger dream and learned that huddling like penguins should be left to actual penguins to avoid calamity (and identity crisis).
They conclude by reflecting on ways these summer experiences shaped their proverbial compass and how following it led to some of their greatest stories yet to come in the North GA mountains.
