Based on the Tony award winning stage production based on the 1994 movie based on the book by Roald Dahl...Matilda the Musical is alright. It starts off very strong and I want to say it's better than I expected it to be, although it did lose my interest a bit in the middle. But it's a well adapted musical and captures the fun of the book, so I'm sure you'll enjoy it. In cinemas now and on Netflix in the US soon.
