Listen

Description

Ever been worried? Of course! Worries have - so I observe - the characteristic that they place themselves totally at the centre of our attention. Everything begins to revolve around them. Then we often can't think about anything else, we are not concentrated and no longer listen properly etc. In many cases we go through possible scenarios, imagine what could happen or how who could behave or who could say what and we could respond and on and on. The fatal thing is that it never ends. We somehow can't finish worrying. A bottomless pit, a black hole. Worry drains our energy, robs us of our inner peace and more. But that's just it: we often worry or we allow it, give it space. We don't have to. We can say stop and consciously turn our thoughts to other things. I wish you this determination and much success in the implementation and reorientation.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
