At some team sports events, the players' names are written on their jerseys. This helps spectators to recognise and identify them. So far so good. But at an international competition in a country with a different alphabet - which one is used? That of the host country or the country of origin. So let's say a Chinese team comes to us - do we automatically assume that the names of the athletes are written in our characters or how do we feel when there is Chinese on the jerseys and we don't understand anything? We take so much for granted - even such little things. But actually we should ask ourselves much more often: for whom? who does it serve the most? and am I then prepared to stand back with my own demands and promote a better result for everyone? How well do you do that?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
