We need air mainly to breathe. But not only. Although it is not really noticeable for most of us in our everyday movements, it is nevertheless omnipresent. And every now and then we do feel it: when there is a headwind or when we are otherwise moving fast or too fast, we experience a certain resistance. The air that usually seems irrelevant or non-existent or unrecognisable to us then becomes perceptible after all. Some would say that it is a resistance because it prevents us from moving at the desired speed, but some would also argue that its resistance is just a warning that it is perhaps going too fast and that we should perhaps adjust our behaviour. How well can you deal with unexpected or even expected resistance? Are they more like "now more than ever" moments or warnings that give you the opportunity to slow down?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
