In winter, the air tends to be dry due to heating. Heating dries out the air and the mucous membranes in our airways. This makes them more susceptible to germs. This unhealthy situation can be remedied by artificially humidifying the air or using a humidifier spray that cares for the mucous membranes. Drought is a condition that is rarely good for us. Neither in agriculture nor in our own bodies. Moderate but regular humidity not only provides relief, it keeps us alive. Just as we need regular breathing and oxygen, or a regular supply of food. After all, we are all extremely dependent beings. King David sums it up beautifully in a prayer in Psalm 145: "All eyes look to you, O God, and you give them their food in due season; you open your hand and satisfy all that lives. Is this in your consciousness?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
