The Russian nested dolls are world-famous. One wooden figure can be placed inside the next larger one. This can be repeated as often as you like, and when all the dolls have been fitted, there is only one doll in front of you. But in reality there are many, simply not visible. The smallest - so I have read - can be as small as a fingernail. Amazing. When they are made, the artist starts with the smallest and then moves on to the next largest. Interesting as: the smaller one determines the shape of the next larger one and thus at the very end the one that remains and is visible last. It is the same with us humans: what is visible on the outside is determined by what is inside us. Banal and yet profound. How you affect others, how you perceive yourself and your environment, depends on your inner life. That is why it is important that you take care of it.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
