Description

You know the saying „kicking the bucktet“. Most etymologists agree that the "bucket" refers to a kind of yoke that was used to hold pigs by their heels so that they could be slaughtered. The subsequent death-throe spasms of the unfortunate animals created the impression that they were "kicking the bucket“. It is not a pleasant thing to imagine. However, sometimes we feel like put under a yoke without being able to escape and which seems to lead to a life in slavery and finally death. how fortunate that Jesus came into our world and proclaiming that he offers us a different yoke - one that is easy to carry and light and that finally leads to life, eternal life. But not only that: he also took our place under the pig yoke and endured what was meant for us - death. So we can now life. How wonderful is that!

I wish you an extraordinary day!
