We are approaching the time when Christmas decorations are put up in many places - inside and outside, private and public. Some are bright, flashy, eye-catching, others simple, rather modest and contemplative. What both have in common is that there is a specific time for this. After that, the decorations are put away again. If they were there all year round, they would not only cease to attract attention, they would also lose their special character. But its temporal classification and limitation make it special, perhaps even mysterious or expectant, special. In many cases, it is also linked to many memories and longings. Everything has its time. The preacher who wrote a book in the Old Testament already knew that. This is exactly how he formulated it: everything has its time. Good and bad, beautiful and adverse. Whatever you encounter today - remember: everything has its time, limited time.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
