Description

Recently I noticed in myself that colours not only trigger the effect "I like" or "I don't like", but that they can have a far greater influence. So I looked at colours where I have the impression that they help me to relax. I found that interesting. Somehow they managed to influence an area in me that I can't control or regulate myself at all or not always with my mind, for example. So good colours for me help me to find an inner balance. I imagine that this colour preference can be different for everyone. Maybe you can also look at yourself to see if you can trigger a similar effect. Maybe the opposite at first: colours that are more energy boost triggers or tense - and then maybe it's the complementary colours of these that relax you. Either way, I wish you beautiful experiences of discovery.
