I suspect a far greater proportion of our daily food is processed in some form, by which I mean it is not consumed in its raw form. So apart from raw food like fruit and some vegetables and salad, most of it is cooked, grilled, simmered etc., so it goes through a process that probably mostly involves heat. Meat is best cooked on the grill, i.e. in the fire - in my opinion. Other things were also cooked over a fire in the past. So for something to become edible and digestible for us, it has to go through the fire. It's different with animals. Predators eat the raw meat of the animal they have killed. If we look at the fire allegorically, we can also say: when we have to go through fire in life, something happens to us. Maybe we become more enjoyable for others because we are less proud or more modest or maybe just more grateful.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
