In agriculture, the land is cultivated selectively. I imagine that nature would not of itself produce the same yields on the same amount of land, but that there would be mixed crops with weeds in between, etc. So the cultivation of the land has productive consequences. This means that thus - through the cultivation of the land by humans - there is an increase in yield and thus also an increase in efficiency. This is actually something good: thus agricultural land can be used better and more efficiently. This also saves soil. But... this principle cannot be increased at will. At some point, the soil is exhausted, needs a fallow or a break. And I think it is the same with us. We in the West are living our lives more and more efficiently, more and more activity and this at the same time, etc. Don't forget the fallow times, which are necessary for recovery and healthier in the long run.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
