Description

When you go shopping, do you recognise those stickers on the products that indicate that a product is reduced in price, e.g. because the expiry date is close? Do you react to such messages? Do you tend to buy such a product or do you shop independently? I know someone who's hobby it is do his shopping in such a way that he buys as many such price-reduced products as possible. I don't mean that in a negative way, because I don't see him as stingy. For him, it's just like a game, a challenge that he enjoys. Interesting: you can buy such products out of an attitude of inner lack, i.e. the feeling of always coming up short - or like my acquaintance: out of a sporting challenge. The result seems to be the same - but the attitude behind it is totally different; certainly also the subsequent enjoyment or consumption of the things bought. Which attitude are you closer to? The one of scarcity and fear of falling short or the one of confident good supply? If the former: what could help you to come to a more confident attitude?

I wish you an extraordinary day!
