Distillation works like this: A liquid is brought to boiling point. The water vapour rises, sticks to the distillation column - where the substances to be separated remain and the purified vapour is then cooled and collected again as a distilled liquid. So heating, cooling and then the result. Doesn't sound so pleasant - but the result is a certain purity. In life we sometimes have to go through involuntary heating, in which some things, especially negative things in our thinking and behaviour, come to light - and if we allow it or actively support it, we can be purified from it. If you are experiencing such a situation, I encourage you to look at the positive, the purification, cleansing and not to dwell too long on the heating.
