How do you define diversity? Do you associate positive things with it? Primarily, diversity sounds quite good: there is a lot. But diversity can also mean: Contradictory things are present at the same time. In politics, for example, there are often very opposing opinions, views, attitudes and people. Depending on the tone, this can lead to very heated disputes. This is not always pleasant. And it is not always productive. Such differences can often block each other. The result is stagnation. So is diversity helpful or would it not be better for one authority to simply give orders? We are also familiar with such dilemmas in our own personalities. We are sometimes divided inside or find it difficult to make decisions. Diversity is a blessing in the sense that we don't just think and act unilaterally - but also a responsibility that at some point decisions have to be made and things have to move forward.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
