Description

Have you noticed how different dogs' ears are? There are the pointed, erect ears on a German Shepherd and then the floppy ears like a rabbit on a Cocker Spaniel. How come? Both are dogs, aren't they, animals of the same species? I have heard that the pointed, erect ears are actually much better for sensing and being warned of danger than the floppy ears. So the shepherd dog uses its hearing more as a warning organ. The floppy ears hear less well - but in these animals the sense of smell is much better developed and serves as a warning organ. It is interesting that this difference exists. We humans also have differently developed sense organs and therefore perceive differently. This insight can help when it comes to good communication and mutual understanding - perhaps it helps to ask questions here and there if you feel misunderstood.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
