Description

When you imagine a dumbbell and how to use it, you're bound to think of bicep training. That is of course also correct. But with a dumbbell you can train the triceps or the back, shoulder or chest muscles just as well. However, it is necessary to use the hands that hold the dumbbells in order to be able to perform the corresponding exercises. The hand does not really train, the training effect is intended for other muscle groups. If you find yourself in a situation where you feel that you have to do the work for others, consider whether, as with muscle training, you might perceive the task of the hand: that is, you first make it possible for others to progress, to serve them, that they can grow or improve. Perhaps this comparison may encourage you not to feel used, but to do your part for others.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
