Education concerns us all. We have all experienced it more or less intensively and are perhaps even currently in a situation in which we are actively dealing with it. One thinks mainly of parents and children, but I understand education more broadly. Somewhere it is about imparting certain values, thus shaping a culture and, as a result, modeling and promoting appropriate behaviour that corresponds to and represents this culture. So far so good. But it seems important to me in education: take out the core, the middle, and put it at the beginning as a priority and you will realise what it is mainly about. Sounds theoretical - but it's not: in German it is spelled "Erziehung". If you take the "H" out of the middle of the word and put it at the beginning - you get what it is all about: in German it is the word "Herz" which means heart.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
