I recently returned from a trip that had a time difference of 9h between home and destination. When I came back, I wanted to concentrate on something - but my eyes kept falling shut. The tiredness due to the journey and the time difference made me fall into a sleepy phase again and again. When we are in our daily rhythm, this happens less often. In a time of 7/24 where almost everything is possible around the clock and one is also constantly available, we quickly forget that we are beings with many rhythms - the very fact that we live requires such a rhythm: that of breathing: inhale, exhale. You can't have just one without the other. Therefore, today I would like to ask you a practical question: do you maintain such a balanced rhythm of life, especially mentally, which supports you in life or do you tend to maximise resources without taking into account your needs for rest and recuperation?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
