Description

I've reached an age where I can't remember everything and sometimes search for certain terms that just don't come to mind. For example, I just couldn't remember the term for cats' whiskers. This can be frustrating, although it doesn't bother me, but shows me: my resources are limited. I can't absorb new information on top of the existing ones every day and keep it all in. I obviously have to set priorities in information processing as well. In the West, we often live in an environment where resources are simply there: running water, electricity from the socket, full shelves when shopping. But this is not normal for many people in the world. Perhaps today is a day to become aware of our own available but finite resources and to use or plan them sensibly. By the way: the cat hairs mentioned are called vibrissae.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
