The purpose of a graphological report is to make statements about the person who created the handwriting sample on the basis of a handwritten sample. This is how one interprets and derives statements about temperament, drive, will, concentration, endurance, social skills, thought structures and other competences. This is not infrequently done in connection with a job application or a personality assessment. So far so good. However, I ask myself how meaningful such analyses can still be in this day and age with young people who have grown up with a keyboard rather than a fountain pen. How you use a keyboard may say something about a person, but certainly not as much as a typeface. But it is precisely this that is unfortunately being lost today due to a lack of handwriting practice. Therefore, appreciate the ability and art of writing by hand - that is not possible for everyone in this world.
