When I look at the inside of a toaster, I see fine wires that get hot when the toaster is turned on. Within the confined space of the appliance, they then generate a sufficiently high heat to allow the toasting of the inserted bread. The way it works - as far as I can tell as a layman - is roughly as follows: The electrical voltage difference causes the wires to glow. So it needs a certain voltage and then the heat is generated and because the wires are not insulated, they give off this heat to the environment - deliberately and within a protected framework. This can also happen to us: we are under tension, for example because of different tasks and expectations, and if we are not careful, this tension becomes so great that we heat up and there is a danger that we will harm our environment. Good isolation, i.e. withdrawal, self-care, is therefore important for us and others.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
