Description

Where I live, huge towers have been built in recent years by a global pharmaceutical company as commercial buildings, which have since significantly shaped the silhouette of our city. Where church towers used to be the prominent features of a settlement, today they are increasingly taller commercial buildings. Higher, wider, longer: we are all familiar with the comparative. Presumably this is not fundamentally bad. But the motivation behind it is crucial. Is it a self-glorification that drives me or is it rather a sporty drive seeking limits, where ideally everything remains within a healthy framework? I'm fascinated by the latter myself: when I get further in some area of my life than was previously possible. I think that is then healthy growth instead of a vain desire for recognition that remains insatiable. Do you perhaps also have areas of life that are affected by the comparative and where you need to check your motivation?

I wish you an extraordinary day!
