A freshly snow-covered winter landscape is probably one of the most beautiful things that nature has to offer. The snow consists of ice crystals that have beautiful shapes. These ice crystals are usually hexagonal. The physical explanation for this is that this is the most efficient way for water molecules to grow in a solid state. That sounds too sober to me. I simply marvel at their beauty. As children, we used to try to catch snowflakes and simply look at these little works of art with great joy and a certain admiration. Economically, you could also argue that this beauty is a waste because it is too invisible and too short-lived. The creator seems to see it differently: Jesus once said that even the greatest king in all his riches is not dressed as beautifully as a flower that God has made. Wow. A powerful statement. And a challenge for human pride. I think that's a good thing.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
