When I was a boy, it once happened to me that after lunch of cherry pie I later drank apple juice, i.e. cider. It was hot in the summer. I had no idea at the time that you shouldn't drink cider on stone fruit - because it can make you throw up in the worst way. That's what happened. A formative experience. It led to me avoiding raw cherries in the following years and actually to this day, or eating them very rarely - although I actually like them. Strange. It was over 40 years ago and yet it still has an effect today. Cognitively, I know that I can eat cherries today and also know what I'd better not eat afterwards - but the experience has a stronger effect than the mind. Do you know such experiences? Would it perhaps be a good idea to leave one behind and replace the unpleasant memories with new, positive ones? It would certainly give you a better quality of life. Have courage!
I wish you an extraordinary day!
