Description

Do you know your joy triggers? They can be very different. Often - and thank goodness for that - it's people and encounters with them. But not only. I recently came across a statement that spontaneously appealed to me and triggered precisely this effect: Happiness and joy and, interestingly, that's what this statement is all about. I read: "Being able to see the light of the sun means happiness and joy." That sounds very banal, especially for us people without a visual impairment. It could easily be changed to "Being able to feel the light of the sun means happiness and joy." That's why it made me so happy and touched me, because I think: it's something that I can't earn, plan or otherwise influence and it's also not available 24 hours a day. But it happens without me doing anything - and then I can just let it be given to me. The quote comes from King Solomon's collection of wisdom.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
