Description

A crème slice is a slice of puff pastry filled with vanilla crème. Have you ever tried to eat it in such a way that it doesn't fall out of the mould? I have never succeeded. Even with a sharp knife, which I use to cut the pastry, I can't manage to keep the soft cream from oozing out of the sides when I press on the pastry from above.
