Description

I am far from knowing anything about professional audio recording. But if I'm not mistaken, there are some external features that are supposed to help record the sound quality optimally. These include foam around the microphone and other such devices to help avoid sibilance or other unpleasantness. It's interesting that this is still practised today, when I could imagine that one could also eliminate or clean up disturbances by means of software, i.e. in the recording. Nevertheless, external precautions are taken. How is it in your life: do you also take external measures to ensure that you are well or do you compensate, do you then process difficult things internally? Outwardly could mean reducing problematic relationships or saying no to requests, etc. Instead of processing overload or stress inwardly afterwards. Remember: "No" is a complete sentence.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
