Description

In children's rooms they hang very often and not infrequently above the bed or the changing table: beautiful and sometimes very artistic mobiles. They are usually hanging figures or pictures that are connected by various fine threads or strings via thin wooden sticks and thus move in balance. If they are allowed to move freely, they turn or change position, usually at a steady and regular pace. This can calm a baby by drawing its attention to these calm and regular movements. A desirable scenario for parents: the baby is so distracted that it does not cry and, ideally, is easy to swaddle. Why? Because it is so focused on the one thing and yet very relaxed in it. Perhaps it would also do us as adults good in everyday life to simply concentrate on one single thing and then block out the world around us, including mobile phones, etc.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
