The peacock reminds me of an animal that slowly strides along, fanning out its wheel and showing off its beautiful feathers. In our language, we speak of the proud peacock because its behaviour is interpreted as wanting to show everyone how beautiful it is with its slow gait, raised head and beautiful feathers. Human interpretation. The peacock has beautiful feathers. That is a fact. And he doesn't hide it all the time. In our society, we often have the phenomenon that someone is quickly perceived as proud or arrogant when they show their talents, abilities or good qualities in public. Why is that? Is it our envy? I encourage you to be unashamed of your abilities and live them out - no matter what others think of them. These are your gifts that you have been given to use, not to hide. If you appreciate your own, you will be much better able to enjoy the merits of others.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
