Description

A pendulum of a pendulum clock indicates the beat in which the mechanism of the clock moves. It should be noted that the length of the pendulum indicates the period of oscillation: The shorter the pendulum, the shorter the period of oscillation and the more frequent an impulse on the mechanism and the more impulses per unit of time it takes. A linear but complex interplay. It's fascinating how you come up with this. It only works because the earth acts on the deflected body, which is at the end of the pendulum, with the force of gravity. So there is a force that we don't see, but which acts and actually strives for a state of equilibrium. This gravitational or earth-attracting force was given to the earth at creation. We are all subject to it, whether we want to be or not. For me, this is an image of God's love, which applies to all of us and is always active, and which has the goal of bringing us into the balanced state of his presence.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
