There are place and field names that remind us of what was once found in nature at the corresponding places. In Germany, I spontaneously think of Fichtenwald (spruce forest) or I once lived at an address called "In den Klosterreben" (in the monastery vines). These speaking names - so I interpret - were a clear recognition feature - so clear that one could name it and obviously orientate oneself spatially by it. They were obviously places analogous to landmarks. If you visit these places today, which usually bore a name of a natural phenomenon, they are probably built up or cultivated land. It is left to the imagination to imagine what it might have looked like there once. In many cases, the names sound more beautiful than what one encounters today. Do you also have positive attributes that were once given to you, but which you have unfortunately neglected and which would be worth rediscovering and promoting?
I wish you an extraordinary day!
