Description

Are you someone who adheres very strictly to recipes and their instructions when cooking or are you someone who prefers to create meals or pastries freely? I tend to belong to the second group - with all the advantages and disadvantages... I think the advantages are that sometimes unexpected creative things come up and I'm quite free and relaxed when I'm cooking. On the other hand, the risk is of course the disadvantage that something can go wrong because the composition or the proportions of the ingredients are not right. With the first group, there is certainly a greater guarantee of success, but less freedom, creativity and possibly also relaxation. So both approaches have their advantages and disadvantages. Ultimately, however, it is important that the ingredients are in a good ratio - balanced, so to speak. This also applies to the way we organise our lives - in terms of community and retreat, work and rest, distraction and concentration. Do you manage to achieve this balance?
