When we say that something is fresh, we mean that it is still unused and not yet old. Fresh fruit is fruit that has just been harvested, or fresh laundry is laundry that has not yet been worn, and fresh water is water that has just been served without going stale. On the other hand, if something is no longer fresh, then it often cannot be made fresh again. Nevertheless, we know the term refreshment. We use it when we turn something dull into something fresh again: we ourselves, for example, when we are tired and dull, refresh ourselves with food or a shower or even mentally. Fresh often also means full of energy and life, agile, unspent. We know how good refreshment does us when we enjoy a cool shower in the summer after a hot, sweaty day. Why not consciously seek such refreshment for your spirit today and see what happens.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
