Description

We live in a time when we are becoming more and more efficient in many things. I.e. we save time. For example, an email is written and sent much faster than a letter. Or through modern technologies we save time and there are numerous examples in everyday life such as the smartphone: today we can be reached better and retrieve information faster. But what do we do with the time we have gained? Often we simply pack our day even fuller with activities. And in many cases, we are stressed out as a result - without meaning to be. Or at least more stressed than before the supposedly more efficient solution. We may actually save time for individual tasks - but we need it all the more for rest, because we are not really made for such a fast-paced life. Therefore, I invite you today to consider and implement where you consciously forego such efficiency - for your own sake.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
