Description

As a child, you probably also used the seesaw in the playground, where one or more people of roughly the same weight sit at one end and then take turns lifting each other up and then back down again. However, the whole thing only works really well if the weight at both ends is more or less the same. I think it's a nice image of how we can elevate each other in our dealings with each other, for example by putting the other person at the centre of our attention and taking a back seat ourselves. So I use my influence - my weight, so to speak - so that the other person receives the praise or attention. And then it changes again. My consciously stepping back brings attention to someone else - and then it changes again - because staying too high for too long, even on the seesaw, is no fun and it is better if the person in a lower position lowers the seesaw again to get off.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
