I am enormously grateful for my hands and how they serve me. Although I am not gifted in handicrafts, drawing or anything else manual, I can do so much with them and they support me so enormously. I am also fascinated by their ability to pick up and convey different stimuli to me when I touch them: cold or hot objects, rough or smooth and much more. The whole skin of my body is a huge network of sensors that constantly provides me with information about the relationship to my immediate environment and thus warns me in good time of danger or helps me to relax in good surroundings - in a warm bath or shower, for example. I can only marvel at this ability, which is simply given to me without me having to acquire or learn it. How great it is! What a generous gift! Reason for a grateful day today.
