When I was young, there were strong opinions about bachelors and their domestic skills - or lack thereof. The most they were generally thought to be able to do was cook a fried egg or heat up a tin of ravioli. But still. I still think a fried egg is fine, even though my cooking repertoire is much wider. Nowadays you can make a fried egg in many different ways, and not just as an egg in a hot pan. There are various moulds that are placed in the hot pan and then the raw, beaten eggs are poured into them. This makes for fun fried egg shapes, which are of course particularly interesting for children. But no matter what shape you choose, the egg is still an egg, with its white and yolk. We humans sometimes wish we were someone else, or that we looked different from what we are. Even if that were the case, in the end it is our character that counts. Its shape is our responsibility.
