Description

It is said, 'Sharpen your edges and you will bump yourself less'. But it also means 'As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.'. The iron grinds to sharpness in the second case and in the first case the sharp edges are ground blunt. Are the two statements contradictory? No, they are both true. If I sharpen my character by interacting with others, it does indeed become sharper - but not in a destructive way, but in a constructive and helpful way, which can also mean that I allow the rough edges of my character to change for the better. In this way, I become prepared to make a firm appearance, a clear stance and a sharp statement in situations that require it, while other situations call for gentleness, restraint and mercy. Blessed is he whose character is able to assess situations with wisdom in such a way that his character becomes a blessing for everyone involved.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
