Description

Many fruits in nature and some vegetables also have a skin. This is often harder or even much harder than the core. This is certainly intended to provide a certain degree of protection against unauthorised access. The skin therefore protects. In certain fruits, however, the skin also contains a great wealth and a great variety of nutrients. In many cases, we still peel such fruits today, thereby exposing many nutrients that are valuable to us or carelessly throwing them away. However, shells sometimes also have the task of looking particularly attractive so that they can be eaten and spread through excretion. We humans have a saying about the hard shell and the soft centre. By this we mean that someone appears very hard on the outside, but is actually very sensitive and soft. Which face or shell do you show on the outside? Hard or exaggeratedly attractive? Do you know your outward appearance?

I wish you an extraordinary day!
