I love fresh herbs with which I can refine food. Parsley is one of them. Whether curly or smooth, it grows in such a way that there is a stem and then the actual leaves branch outwards to be used. And what happens to the rest, i.e. the stem? I suspect that many throw it away and don't use it. I myself often cut it into small pieces like chives and eat it too. But even if I don't: the stem seems to be just the waste with many plants: with flowers, the focus is on the flowers, and with spices, the focus is on the fine leaves. So what is the stem for? It holds everything together, it gives stability and transports the nutrients and helps growth and enables a better orientation to the sunlight. So it's quite important. Sometimes we are also such a stem and others are the respected and appreciated leaves. Therefore, as a consolation: you can't do without the stem.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
