Description

Exercising is quite trendy nowadays. Both men and women go to the gym or run marathons, etc. Without training, there is no increase in ability - no matter which: be it strength or endurance or technique. For me, training is a conscious act of doing something with a specific goal, whereby an improvement should occur over time: be it that you are faster at it or need less effort to achieve it, etc. This can be done not only with the body, but also with the eyes: I can train my eyes and many do this automatically: namely when someone has a hobby or is a collector. Then you have a trained eye for the objects of passion. One discovers them everywhere and can distinguish them very well. This also applies to strengths and weaknesses in oneself and others. What does your trained eye see? Would a change in your training programme perhaps be helpful and lead to more satisfaction or relaxation?
