Description

There are things, moments, environments, encounters, smells, melodies and much more that trigger a very specific state in us - we are transported to moments of our past. In English, this is called a trigger. This means that the things mentioned stimulate in us the state we experienced in those moments that we are reminded of by these triggers. For me, in these days when nature is awakening so magnificently, they are memories of a long stay in hospital. When I see the awakening nature, I am automatically reminded of those weeks and months from a few years ago and I see the flowering fields and smell the fragrant and pollen-rich air of that time and feel the feelings I had. Today I am at a different point in life and I am grateful that my health is better. These triggers help me today to shut down and let myself be filled with gratitude. Gratitude for what was and is today.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
