There are health insurance companies that advertise that health is the most important thing. Is that really true? What then in the case of chronically ill or disabled people? Would they be second-class citizens because they no longer have or never had this highest good? Health is important, for sure. But I don't think it's the most important thing. People can also give meaning to their lives with other things and live fulfilled lives despite physical limitations. It's the same with other things: there can be a lot of adversity in everyday life: troublesome work relationships, annoying neighbours, lack of finances etc. If the focus is on the lack, the burden, then one also feels correspondingly powerless. But if we focus on what we can actively influence - for example, our joy, inner peace and also detachment - we can immediately feel much better. I encourage you to do this if you have a difficult area of your life at the moment.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
